After correctly completing Swimmer, learners will dive further into their strokes and learn more State-of-the-art aquatic skills. In Star 1, pupils will continue on to establish their back and front crawl, be introduced to elementary back stroke, and find out how to preserve human body warmth in cold water and rescue themselves from a slide by ice.
